I think the age DIFFERENCE is the important. As long as both parties (or more than 2) are within 2 yrs of each other, the age is irrelevant.

 

In real life? Yes.
In fiction? I just think one should be able to write anything that they want to.

Um im not aganint baning the "underage" stories, i dont realy mind either way, its all fiction.
But what about the death and rape stories? You cant realy have it one way. I personaly find them horrible and think they are the stories that should be banned.
But i understand some people like that, so if the underage stories are now banned, is xnxx now going to ban those too?

 

I think the easy way out is not to state the ages of the characters. Let the reader imagine what they will.

As far as other topics are concerned I checked up on another site and found that their policy on bestiality is remarkable. It is okay to fuck an imaginary beast like a unicorn or a dragon but not a real one like a sheep or a dog. Just make sure you don't get your ass burnt!!! And I imagine a unicorn would be able to penetrate the cervix.

I always found that rule to be particularly hilarious. If it's the site I'm thinking of, it has a disclaimer stating that all stories are considered fiction, even those labeled as a 'true' story. So you can write a fictional story about fictional animals but not a fictional story about an animal that exists in real life. Hmmm. What a strange place some people's minds must be. I bend imaginary people, places, and things to my will. These people force real people, places, and things to bend to their idealism.

People should be allowed to write and read whatever they want to. If the site doesn't believe in censorship, it shouldn't censor anything. There are enough disclaimers at the top of the stories saying that this behaviour is not condoned in real life. After all, thats what this is, fiction. Hence the name - erotic fiction. There should be no limits on fantasy. Real life yes, fictional stories, no - let people read and write what they want.
