I had to do the math on this as we pay by the gallon and !!!!

That comes to $4.55 a gallon!!! Yesterday I paid $3.26 a gallon which comes to about $.86 a liter. I don't often complain about gas prices but if I feel the urge as Summer prices surge, I'll try to remember what you guys pay and suppress it.

 

I paid £1.28 a litre yesterday.

Bicycle, because I hate driving and am still trying to avoid doing it. Austin is making this goal a bit difficult though.

 

I used to live off Mopac and Slaughter and worked at Dell. Anything but a car would have been impossible.

The cost of living in BC is outrageous and this is down from a few years ago we were paying over $1.60 a litre one summer. I won’t even get started on the cost of housing and food etc. I just had an arborist over to prune some trees and he was here for 2.5 hrs and wanted $650.00. Swear words almost came out of my mouth.

It all depends what you're after, as to what sort of car to get. Do you want something stylish?
Do you want something economical?

I wouldnt mind having a Leopard 2 in my garage. It would make traffic on the morning commute so much more entertaining62 tonnes with a 12 cylinder 37.4 liter twin turbocharged 1500 horsepower diesel engine. Now that would be fun...except for the fuel bill at the end of the day. At 0.8 miles to the gallon and over four bucks a gallon for diesel that might hurt a little bit.

You would be amazed the number of NASCAR fans down here in Houston, and we have not one, not two but THREE loops around the city. And these crazy fuckers like to run laps at 100mph all day long. I want those fucking rice burners, teenage girls on cell phones, jackasses who fail to secure their trailers and cargo, and lane dodgers to run into me and I not even notice.
