you can see in ?. but, you are in/on your own property, and you use
HIGH-POWERED binoculars or telescopes to view them.

now, will that be invasion of privacy or carelessness of the person
being viewed ?. i will go for the latter. there are websites that sell
high-powered devices like the one's i mentioned.

but, there are very pricy. in the range of about $ 1,000 and up.
depending on the name brand.

My wife does it all the time. She is something of an exhibitionist. We used to live in this gated community that had lawn service every Monday in the summer & spring, she would walk around naked all the time with blinds open and the windows cracked to let the summer air in.
