Writing a letter to his employers informing them he sodomizes chickens until fatal copulation and that he likes to masturbate while covered in pigs blood shouting the National Anthem in Klingon is very harmful to Larry's public image. Nobody wants to hire someone that does those things. Perhaps Larry even does do those things, but it is libelous because that was private information. Such occurrences are called Torts of False Light.
If the information was false, then it is usually considered a Tort of Defamation. Within the civil law system, such occurrences are dealt with as Crimes and not Torts.

fox we all have different skin thicknesses. the vulnerabilities inherent within each one of us is different too. i personally would have endured the abuse my cousin got and not taken my life, i'm sure. we're different and she did take her life.

you don't know really what people can and cannot endure unless you know them very well and even there may be circumstantial surprises.
