Very true, my fiance has thought about having it done, she is fairly busty and very small frame (5'3'' and about 115 lbs). Her back hurts a lot from it.

 

weight and genetics and other factors such as being pragnant and nursing a baby contribute to bust size. Extreemely large breast can cause health issues as well as social and personal issues.
You should concider all aspects before making a decision. It is not only a physical change but a mental and social one as well. Not to be taken lightly or done on a whim. Make it for your self. Those who truely care for you be with you either way and those who don't ,don't matter
