My beloved father died in December, so I don't feel good. Still grieve for him. But I'm trying to find my way back into life now.

I am a decent guy, just turned 44; believe me, I know my way around when it comes to women - all kinds of women, from skinny to overweight. I never judge a woman by her shape, I judge her by her heart and soul. And angelic_sin's heart and soul are beautiful, that means much more to me than a perfect body.

I don't deny that losing some weight may help a woman to promote her health of course, but when I look at angelic_sin there's nothing unaesthetic. Obviously it's a matter of taste: You hate her shape, I love it.

What I criticise is the way you're expressing yourself, using terms such as whale etc. BTW, whales are beautiful and majestic animals, aren't they.

Exercise can help, like strength and toning workouts that focus on your upper body. It won't help to lose weight necessarily because all the excess will not automatically deduct from where you are wanting it to. I'd recommend talking to a trainer at a fitness center and see what your options are, if in fact that's a route you're willing to go.

Many women in my family have had the same problem - it was never any fun for them either. They all sought out fitting specialists and dealt with the "industrial"-type bras because it was the only way to really get their chest under control. It helped their backs, among other things. I know my cousin had her "regular" day-in and day-out bras, then something a little more girly for going out that she wore once in a while. I remember these bras being on the expensive side.

I'm a little embarrassed to admit it, but I've had to order special underpants to manage the 32lb (14.5 kilo) ballsack I have to lug around all the time. Quadruple stiched kevlar is expensive, but I haven't accidentally sat on my own balls in years now! :excited:
