Your only problem is that both cases mentioned in your blog posting link went to appeal - the 2009 New Jersey case was overturned and the main case you cited has yet to be heard. So, as we can see, the matter has yet to be settled. Leaving you with the fact that sharia law has not yet been invoked to overturn, undermine, or supercede any US law.

But, to dig a little deeper just for the sake of discussion, what Florida statute do you think should have been invoked to settle the case you're citing? Is there a clear precedent in Florida for resolution of the matter? If there is one, does the ruling of the judge contradict that statute or precedent? You likely have no clue about any of these things - but it's good to see that you are capable of getting your panties in a bunch over something about which you're utterly clueless.
