I'm always glad to help someone, that was the purpose of this thread in the first place. Maybe someone had a genuine question that they needed help with. Like the one person that asked about Tai Chi. While I wasn't able to help, if someone had a similar question that I had knowledge or experience on, then I would've been able to help.

Okay, I think I got some questions:

You have beautiful, radiant skin. How do you look so good? (serious question). What is your diet and exercise routine? Are you vegan?

In your opinion, should a person still work-out after a long day when they feel tired--or should they wait until they feel alert? Can a person build muscle while physically training consistently on only 4 hours a night of sleep? (assuming they eat right and intake enough protein)

 

Here we have some questions I can truly help with.

1a. I'm not vegan nor vegetarian. I try to eat relatively healthy, but I do like my fair share of sugary and fatty foods, thus why my bottom is large and my legs are thicker than they should be.

1b. I always eat breakfast, usually cereal. I prefer cereals like Wheaties, Bran Flakes, Wheaties Fuel, Special K, Honey Bunches O' Oats, Cheerios and anything with whole grains. I always eat a healthy breakfast, but my lunches and dinners aren't always healthy. I do like some fast foods and I come from a family that knows how to cook.

1c. I workout at least three times a week, in addition to my job. I go for a run/jog at least six times a week and if I can't, I at least go for a walk every day.

2a. If you feel tired it depends on the time of day. If it's later in the afternoon or evening, then you should skip it. If it's in the middle of the day, as long as you're not exhausted, then I suggest getting your workout/exercise in.

2b. It's not good to go on only four hours of sleep no matter how much protein you're getting in your system. At the worst six hours is the least you should consider, but I highly recommend eight hours to get in a quality workout.

I work both nights and days so a developing an even mediocre body-building routine is kinda hard for me.
