    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Actualy, here in the US we do have the best price in the world.

    Basic economiics. The US buys the most ,therefore gets the best price.
    I'm not saying it's right, just that is the way it is.

    Big oil has all the cards we either play their game or we don't play at all.

    The world economy is like a ten story deck of cards one card falls and the rest are likely to come tumbling down. The U S is the big player, It goes under the game is finished for the world.

    And the American economy is in the craper waiting for some one to pull the chain. . .

    I've heard this stated many times, despite the fact that it is not true. The reason that retail gasoline costs so much more in Europe is that it is much more heavily taxed. The wholesale cost difference is minimal. :-|

    Sounds like they have you brainwashed. The consumer is the power player in this scenario - unfortunately they are intimidated and clueless about their power. Sad.

    "The Economy" isn't going anywhere - there's no place for it to go. People may have to adjust their expectations about their standard of living, but the global nature of the system creates a built-in buffer these days. Everybody is "too big to fail" :rolleyes:

    Please explain how I as single consumer have any power over gas prices.

    The Titanic is unsinkable., Nobody will ever use the N bomb, Nobody will ever attack the continental United States., ethanol will replace crude oil fuels as America's primary fuel, The Twin Towers will not fall.
    I'm not as sure as you are.
