Women can cum WITHOUT squirting. OR they can cum WITH squirting. You implied that women ONLY cum when they ejaculate (squirt) which is not true.

 

oh! and there's also speculation that in some cases, women are ejaculating but the fingers or penis or toy causing the stimulation are actually blocking its release and hence you get the "flooding" effect instead of the ejaculation.

All women squirt when they cum. In my opinion that is truth.

The problem is (in my opinion) satisfying a women's requirements.
