If you want to know what is considered "Clearly Pedophile." Try my story, "My Teenage Housekeeper." It was a Romance story about a 16 year old girl that falls in love with a 26 year old man.

The submission was listed as a true story and only contained a little sex that was consensual with no rape, no corrosion or violence. Additionally, the story stated that the affair occurred in a state where the age of consent was 16.

More than 62,000 people read my story in the last 3 weeks and gave it a 92 rating with close to 600 votes. I entered the story in the CAW6 writers contest where it reminded tops in the polls until recently when it dropped to 2nd place.

THAT STORY WAS JUST DELETED.

Now you know what XNXX considers "Clearly Pedophile."

No warning. This afternoon I was looking at my stories to see how they were doing in the ratings and see if there were any new comments. It said I had no stories. I went to the CAW6 thread and tried to access my story and there was no story.

My story was in 2nd place last night with 10 votes. It has not moved since. Now I know why. Maybe I wouldn't have won anyway but I had a shot and now we'll never know.

And the real question is... if my story could be considered "clearly pedophile," whose story is next?

Well what I'm saying is that I'm not sure that that was the reason, I don't know of any possibilities but I doubt it was that. Just hang in there and I'm sure one of the Mods or Lemark will let you know and, I expect your stories will be back up, hopefully soon.

13 years and YOUNGER is how pedophilia is defined. LEGAL age of concent changes from country to country and state to state. The definition of pedophilia stays the same everywhere. So, if XNXX wanted to ban stories about pedophilia, it would ban stories about sex between adults and children 13 years of age and YOUNGER.

Hardrive's story was about a young woman of 16 and NOT IN ANY WAY pedophilia.

 

Hardrive, what happened to you here is total bullshit. And the timing couldn't have been more cruel.

If I were a betting man, at this point, even if your story were accessible, I'd have to bet on Emerson. But you know what? Without your interesting :excited: story, this wouldn't have been a horse race.

It strikes me that there are three possible reasons for your anthology to have been deleted:

1. Glitch. Computers are wonderful things -- when they work right.

2. Cybervandalism. Someone either hacked into your account and posed as you, asking for your stuff to be removed, or some lingering bit of trash-code from the recent attacks on the site caused your stuff, and for all we know, some lesser-known writer's works, to be deleted.

3. A reader, maybe even a one-time visitor, used the Stories Site "report" button to flag your work as "pedophile" work, and someone in the Ivory Tower actually saw it. To me, that's the most ridiculous scenario -- to report a story about a character that is at least near the legal age of consent world-wide. A hell of a lot nearer than the toddlers featured in some stories!

Fight the good fight. Be respectful, even though you are justifiably pissed the fuck off.

I wonder if anyone noticed that SSB started this off . . . . .and then fucked off to let you all rant.
Fact 1 You voted for your law-makers.
Fact 2 Your law-makers said kiddie fucking is illegal.
Fact 3 Your law-makers say the written word can be determined to incite a specific outcome.
Fact4 Incitement to commit a crime is illegal.
Fact 5 This site doesn't want to abridge your sick love of kiddie fucking but realises if it doesn't do something it will be jumped on by all those stupid abbreviated names that US citizens so love. You know FBI, NYPD,SFPD DofJ. . . . .you know. . ..Cops.
If you don't like it, change the law-makers, change the laws but leave the site a fucking lone.

I'm going to say this again, much as it pains me to do so, so long as I can walk into a regular public book store and pick up material as graphic or more so that I can find here, I'm not going to worry about what I write, when they start burning books in the street, I'll stop posting. The age of consent in the Netherlands (where this site is said to be located) is 16, as specified by the Dutch Criminal Code, Articles 245 and 247.

Is our rampant rumor here no sex stories with persons under the age of consent, or no pedophile stories depicting sex between a person over the age of 16 who is having sex with persons 13 years of age and under?

We all have to understand this before we can follow these rules that (to my knowledge) haven't even been laid down.

Whilst I am personally glad that stories involving adults having sex with babies and young children have been removed from the site (in theory at least), it seems to have left an atmosphere of confusion and paranoia concerning 'underage' stories.

Where should the line be drawn?

I feel sorry for Hardive, his thoughtful and well-written story was, in my opinion, in no way paedophilic, involving consentual sex between two people over the age of consent.

Incidentally, I have somewhere in my bookcase a tome that depicts underage sex, incest, rape, sodomy and homosexual love (amongst many other so-called 'taboo' acts), indeed several young women are impregnated by their father, and one half of a homosexual couple even becomes King of an entire nation.

No matter where the line is, it needs to be clear and well-defined. HD kind of got baited and switched. What's the acceptable age of consent for stories on this site? People really need a set number to avoid this sort of situation in the future.

 

Nah. Not until HD finds out why his stuff was killed. His story was not child porn. My books have characters younger than sixteen. FUBAR.
