I grew up in Canada. I went to school there from grade 2 to 12. I returned to my native country after high school. I still have family there. I have spent much time in the states. I am familiar with and understand the welfare system and the stereotype that you are talking about. But the white trash in america are still and just as if not more obnoxious than any other race. To be or not to be racist

I dare say even those who consider themselves to be moral crusaders have found a joke that is insensitive humourous, there are more jokes around today that go so much further past the line than what a particular race of people may have as a skin colour and all overtones connected, but it is the racist card that is played the most, a joke is a joke and genarally speaking a racist joke is not usually told to the subject, I do think though that the internet is probably not the place a basically public forum at least to tell these jokes because you cannot pick your audience and people are going to be offended, and knowingly setting out to offend anybody no matter who is not really that clever,so I disagree that only a racist would find racist jokes funny but as with a lot of things it might be a bit more considerate to think about who may hear /read such things. To most people that know me well I am a dont give a fuck type of person and will find humour in just about anything/anybody, myself included, but that does not mean I want to smack everybody in the face with my funny bone.
