1-2 months to get over someone you were with for five years? you've obviously never been in a very serious relationship, have you?

It takes a hell of alot longer than 1-2 months to get over someone that you've been with that long, that is, if you acually loved them.

I was with one girl for 4 and a half years, then found her cheating with my supposed best friend, and here t is 5 years later, and i still find myself thinking of her at times.

but whatever, sorry for the bitchy post.

I know this might sound mean, but don't dwell on it man. If she ends something like that that quick and acts like that the only thing you can do is feel the best you've ever felt. Meet new people and put a smile on your face always. Maybe she'll look at you in a new way, maybe even regret her decision.

 

You guys are killing me...i'm so sorry that you've been involved with what seems very insensitive women...or maybe it's just girls...and they're not ready for a relationship...even tho...you were together for so long...maybe they don't know what love is...

lol i knew it wouldnt take long for atleast 1 girl to jump in this and ill bet 5-10 post's say "thats just some girls" wich is definately true but i mean come on u guys kinda play us to get what u want i mean my gf could ask me for anything and threaten to break up with me if i said no and within 2-3 days she would probly get it even though i know she would never break up with me over somthing so small

o and to add to what ts said dont ever show her that its hurting u that u broke up because chances are she is gonna say "see how much u need me but because of ___________(<<<<insert guys name here) i had to break up with you" (okay maybe she wont but i wouldnt take the chance) but i would probly confront her and ask y she broke up with u i did that 1 time in high school i made the girl walk away in confusion because she thought i would be so crushed we broke up and she couldt think of a damn thing to say why she broe up with me and then with-in a week she wanted to go back out with me. but because of what she did to me just because her friends told her to i told her to **** off and if u can think of a real reason why it should have been over. then im not talking about this to you again
