You didn't have redlining over there, which is when a city will deny the residents of certain parts public services like trash pickup, police, fire-fighters and ambulances in the hope that they all kill each other and the area eats itself alive. You didn't see factory after factory close, leaving nothing but ghettos and declining areas. You have never been there, and you don't know.
