You can't have anything on the level of places like Philly and Detroit and parts of NY and parts of Cali, etc.. because you haven't had the diversity and racial tensions we've had here for hundreds of years for long enough yet. The whole area was segregated for years, fully self-sustaining communities.. then they broke apart as the opportunities went away and they became gentrified as people got older.. and then came things like drugs and other shit. It probably will happen there but it will take time fortunately, as you haven't had those racial tensions and that diversity long enough.

The UK was not the most diverse country in the world from Day One. The UK has a population and size less than that of the combination of PA and NJ. The UK has not had anywhere near the number of immigrants, nor the influence and impact they've had on the US. The things that are happening there now.. happen to every single town in PA.. including the one I live now.. where it starts becoming more and more diverse and then white flight and all of that.
