    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    The books are not that well written, although the idea the author had is fresh. You knw, the the thing about vampire civil rights, etc. Also, the books are full of sex, smilar to the show. But, the TV show is only being somewhat true to the books in terms of the characters. The main character is Sookie, but the TV focuses on multiple characters.

    The Twilight Series vampires... They are LAME.

    True Blood is sooo my thing<3 I've been reading the books since I was in sixth grade. Haven't been able to watch the episodes new every season (I don't have HBO and mom is too cheap to pay for it) But I own all three seasons on DVD (I love the Postmortem thing they added on the season three set). I'm currently keeping up with season four by downloading the episodes :p

    But I am so hooked on True Blood it's sad.... I plan to be Sookie or Jessica for Halloween! (and I just got a puppy and named her Sookie :p)

    Soooo... How bout that Eric? Mmmmmmmm. ;)

    I also think Twilight is lame. I've been raised that vampires burn in the sun, not sparkle to make the teeny-boppers all happy lol. True Blood is a great show. i have all 3 seasons on dvd and will buy the 4th when it comes out. I'm addicted.

    Welcome you two to our True Blood thread!

    I didn't see all the Twilight movies...wasn't very impressed with the first one. I've never really been a big fan of vampires, but I don't miss an episode of TB. I think all the actors are great and they really get to act out a big range of emotions.

    Justpasingthru and Lickable posted websites where you can watch the episodes for free if you want. What I like about HBO is that they show repeats of current episodes almost every night during the week.

    And the scene with Eric and Sookie?!! That was HOT!!

    Nothing like the swamp scenes I saw in season 1, but of course the two major cities they go back and forth to are Monroe and Shreport. Those cities are in north Louisiana and there are no swamps. Come on, at least let it take place around the area of New Orleans, Baton Rouge, etc... :confused:
