  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    StanleyOG.

And so is this glaring hypocrisy evident. When NPR claims to be non-partisan. When planned parenthood claims to be non-partisan. Well that is simply not to be believed.

But when the American Legion starts a youth program to combat what they perceived as a communist threat and claim to be non--partisan well that's got to be God's honest truth.

Even though I doubt a non-partisan organization would file law suits over the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell, now would they tenguy?

But then that makes your statement a senseless double speak contradiction, doesn't it. That following an ideology is not being partisan.

Why know you double talking babbling old fool I was not around in 1935 with the American Legion Started Boys state to combat what they perceived as a threat from communist summer camps.

That was in your day a decade before the first atomic bomb ended World War II and started the Cold War.

You're just pissing to be pissing at this point tenguy.

I think its obvious what a phony fool you're really being here by trying to pretend support for things like repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell are not liberal causes while support for keeping homosexuals from serving openly in the military is a conservative cause.

    That's just acting dumb tenguy.

Now of course I haven't researched the American Legion yet to see if they are comparing the victims of the Norway terrorist attack to Nazi Youth, or saying the terrorist was justified, or claiming they weren't "pure" Norwegians anyway so that makes it Ok like the right wing noise machine is but I would not be surprised if they do.

BTW, in my limited time, I researched the American Legions Boys/Girls States for criticism over their alleged partisanship.

    Guess what, there are none.

How about this for a new low?

After, in many ways trying to justify the terrorist attack in Norway, prominent American anti-Islamic bloggers Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer are trying use the tragedy to raise funds, now claiming they are actually potential victims themselves.

Well the anti-Muslim far right wing extremists have a new threat to go after, except instead of it being a Muslim this time its New Jersey's Republican Governor Chris Christie who said referring to his appointment of a Muslim judge that he's tired of having to deal with the crazies.

    Christie's Shariah "Crazies" Strike Back

And of course some of those "crazies" didn't take too kindly to that.

On the other land Christie's statement had drawn a lot of applause and even one standing ovation from the left.

I don't know if any of you have been watching Glenn Beck trying remain relevant since he got run off at Fox News but to me at least his attempts are insane and laughable at the same time.

Take Beck's latest publicity stunt for example where he is gong to stage a rally for an undivided Jerusalem in Israel.

Naturally the craziest thing about it is one of the reasons Becks is pulling this stunt, which is his fundamentalist Christian beliefs we must encourage war in the middle east to hasten the end of the world and the Second coming of Jesus Christ. Yes, yes that good ol' fundamentalist Christian Dominionist Movement at play.

    http://mediamatters.org/blog/201108190017

But what I find even funnier is the closer the actual rally gets the more people there are refusing to attend of bailing out on Beck at the last minute.

Beck wanted lots of congressmen and women to be there but House Speaker John Boehner and others have pretty much told them congressional members cannot attend because of the political nature would violate House Ethics Rules.

And now even phony turncoat Joe Liberman who was supposed to speak at the event suddenly has a family reunion he must attend and regettably miss the rally.:excited::excited:
