Okay... A few things.

1. Just because a lady wears an outfit that some migjt consider "dressing like a whore" doesn't mean she asked to be sexually harrassed. I have F cup tits so there is hardly an outfit in exsistance (besides a nuns habiat) that wouldnt show off my tits.

That being said, I don't care when people look at all. I mean if a girl that looked like me & had tits like mine was walking around in the same outfits I wear I would probably get lost in her cleavage too. Hell a stranger could walk up and grab one of mine and I'm likely to cum in my panties. Now let the same guy walk up to me and say something ugly like "i want this fat dick inside you" you can bet the fucking house on the chances of me not only slapping him, & telling him off but also going to someone over his head. Tone/how you come across means everything.

2. A women can scream sexual harrassment for ANYTHING that can be deemed sexual. I worked as a supervisor in a retail store for 2 years, a girl who worked there with me the whole time got me "asked to leave" because I showed her (and everyone else in the office) a pic of my husband in some lingerie. Everything was completely covered, she just hated me cause my husband wouldnt fuck her. So if said women is filing, even for something stupid, expect her to win.

3. OP; if your company has any sort of handbook on this subject review it again and make sure your not guilty of anything. If you are, go ahead and make arrangements to find a new job.

 

In my opinion..there's an obvious difference in someone who just has big tits ( mine arent as big... but I know what you mean about tops) and someone who's dressing like the office whore.

True enough, but there is so much that goes into that thouvh. Maybe her dressing like the office whore isn't because she is in fact a whore but more because it makes her feel good about herself. Simply put just because a woman wears a certain thing doesnt mean she deserves to be sexually harrassed or even hit on restlessly. This. I've almost always worked with men, and I really can't ever remember a time when more then one was flirting with me. And considering we had no AC and it was 100* where I worked, it was physical labour, we'd show up in tanktops and shorts, the guys in just shorts, and still didn't get what I would call harrassed. There was more women then just me there. I'm not saying they didn't appreciate the view, that happens, thier men, and we were half-naked, but the worst we got was a big smile. Men are smarter then that, most of them, and won't give up a good job for a piece of ass.

Sadly sexual harassment, at least in the US, is such a sensitive topic that most employers will err on the side of caution and start firing people willy nilly.

The law is pretty clear and there is a process that includes notification and at least one warning except in egregious cases. Most do not know that, or follow it sadly. With a claim like the one you describe, it is most likely 'offensive speech' that is her complaint, i.e. she overheard them saying something she found threatening to her safety or comfort at the workplace. At most it would warrant a sit down and written warning for each person involved, but it may end up getting people unemployed.

The corporation I work for has clearly stated guidelines about sexual and other harassment in the workplace. It's all canned verbiage, but it serves as the basis of their policies. Basically, you can get slapped with sexual harassment for damn near everything, including telling a girl you like her new hair-do.

The reality is, you have to do something fairly blatant to get fired, although said firing is done on the spot. We've had several males booted for grabbing female employees. I mean, c'mon, how dumb can you get?

I got called into the office a few years ago because I said the word "tits" to one of my male co-workers, and a female overheard me. She eventually got fired, because she made sexual harassment claims against damn near every guy there, including some who denied ever having been within 20 feet of her. Reason? Dishonesty in making a written report, and causing "disharmony" in the workplace.

I reported one of my female co-workers (total skank, 350 pounds if she weighs an ounce, questionable hygiene), for calling my attention to the fact that her nipples showed when she leaned over in front of me. That, plus the fact that she kept rubbing against me (ewww!), made me decide to make a verbal report, partially in self-defense. I sure as hell didn't want her to go to management saying I was the one looking at and rubbing on her! She got a strong reprimand, and a note in her personnel file, which means that any other report of that type would get her canned.

To me, it sounds like the girl who accused 5 guys of sexual harassment, including a gay guy, was either a trouble-maker who was hoping for some kind of compensation, or just wishes she was hot enough for guys to make a pass at her.
