Clinton was even accused of selling military secrets to Communist China.

The Starr Investigation took five years and cost fifty million dollars. After all that time and money, the only thing Starr had on Clinton was a lie he asked himself, hoping Clinton would lie. Reagan's advisers ran the country, so it did not matter if Ronald Reagan was on vacation, or taking a nap. He had trouble recognizing several members of his cabinet, sometimes forgot which country he was in on state visits, and once mistook Gen. Colin Powell for a White House janitor. When he was not away he was disastrously in the way.

And President Obama said the same thing again on CNN the other night knowing of course that its a safe bet because the economy has improved, the stimulus package worked, and president Obama is not the only one blaming the terrible economy on Bush and obstructionists in congress for blocking job creation. As it turns out a majority of the country agree with him.

That's why even though President Obama's approval rating is down in the low 40% he still has a higher approval rating than the Republicans and a much higher approval rating than the Tea Party and wins every poll against the current Republican/Tea Party candidates.
