They slipped with the wrong pitcher at the wrong time and the runners from Texas made them pay with a couple of good sacrifices, and the odd error. But it will be a different game in Texas.

 

It shows though that the slightest little slip can have dire consequences but these teams are primed and will make adjustments accordingly on Saturday in Texas. It just gives the momentum to the Rangers for game 3 and with the home crowd, they will play on that and St Louis had better be prepared.

One bad pitching choice can make all the difference in the world here. To bad Carpenter isn't up in the rotation yet. It will be Harrison against Loshe in game 3 and Loshe has a less than enviable record in post season play with a 0 - 2 record and a 7.45 ERA
