  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    StanleyOG.

What a difference a day makes. Pujols 0 - 4 , not that the rest of the team did any better though.

Pitching was the difference here and the Texas rotation hit paydirt last night not to mention Napoli's 3 run shot in the sixth.

Just a note on the ceremonial first pitch .......... that's not like Bush to serve up a curve ball.

It's the best of three now.

C J Wilson (starting at pitcher for the rangers) puts up or shuts up tonight....

He will be a free agent and if he does not show up and win...

he loses maybe 25 to 70 million dollars on his next contract....

    would you say pressure?

I'd have to think the Cards have a slight edge here. Even if they should lose tonight, games six and seven at Busch makes it not all that unlikely that they could win twice. And if the Cards should win tonight, going back home with a one game advantage would be huge.

I am reluctant to say the Rangers would be done. I was in Busch stadium (a fond memory of baseball with my Dad) in 1968 when the Cards came back from Detroit needing only one win. I learned that it is never over until it is over. I had a great time with my Dad, but when Curt Flood misjudged a fly ball in game 7 it was over.

Still, a win tonight for Card behind Carp would be huge.

    Yup ........

    Yup .........

    Yup .........

Seriously though I agree with both of you and said it earlier that I believe that the Cards would take 2 out of 3 here and win it at home for both themselves and their great fans. It's early though but the Cards bats are working tonight. :excited:

When you see a really big woman with a microphone in her hand walk into the stadium .......... just sayin'

Carpenter was lucky to get out of that inning with only one round tripper.

Carp has been living on luck for weeks (except maybe game 5 at Philly). But he may not have run out of luck yet.

Fuck me was Wilson lucky to get out of that inning.

Did you see Nolan Ryan in the seats though, lol.

The forecast is for 60 - 80 % chance of rain all day Wednesday in St. Louis and might be a wash.

Plus Carpenter only has what 2 or 3 K's so far and is flirting with disaster.

See ......... fucking error for Carpenter.

I was really hoping Wilson would get an assist on a grand slam in the 5th.

Yeah, Cards lost game 6 and 7 at home. So I'd be reluctant to feel too comfortable as a Cards fan going home up 3 games to 2 (if they could). I've seen them blow it under the same circumstances even though it was long ago.

WTF ......... who gave the sign to steal second, fucking moron. Especially with Pujols at bat with a hit already you know they are going pitch him out of the strike zone and could walk him.

If Pujols had passed on a few burgers he would have rounded third and made it home.

Again like you said opportunities wasted with bases loaded.

Well I'm financially involved and that's even harder to swallow. Have a drink for me and I might just take up drinking by the time this is over.
