WTF, no we should not attack Iran. We should protect our country, strengthen our defense, but attack the country as a whole? We should not. Bush used the excuse that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction to justify the bombing of that country and look how that one played out. Maybe this is another example of how they are just looking for an excuse to bomb the shit out of Iran as well.

Personally I think it is a Saudi problem ......... but silly me, Saudi Arabia has oil that the US needs and Iran has oil that they can just take after they rewrite that country's future. Iran can produce 4.2 million barrels of oil daily.

There is a big gas shortage in Iran, and the prices are very high.

That is both by design by the government to keep their people oppressed and the sanctions that were imposed on them, especially Obama signing a unilateral agreement to punish anyone participating in the Iranian energy sector from having access to US markets.

They can switch from petrochemical production to gasoline production in a heartbeat if they wanted to. LNG is also a huge problem not only for Iran but Saudi Arabia as well and they are looking at a major clusterfuck by 2015 - 2017 due to the huge reserves but lack of production facilities.

Yup ......... and put more power into the top 5% of the population. Do you honestly think that these greedy fuckers would lower the price at the pump with their homegrown production and it would be just the same as it is now (without breaking any environmental laws that production causes.)

Canada is currently the USA's largest source of oil and will continue to be so since we have one of the biggest reserves in the world (2/3rd's that of Saudi Arabia) but if the Keystone project doesn't get approval, all that may just have to go to China which is more then happy to buy from Canada but the US doesn't want us to find a new "best friend", especially one with that much financial and political muscle.
