Ah, forget it. I just searched for them on FB, and got the usual "did you mean NewCarPrices.com?" bullshit.

They probably stole their whole site structure from someone else, and didn't bother to remove that.

Okay, just managed to get onto their site, and they have my first eight stories. Guess I'll have to get off my ass in the morning and kick somebody's nuts. If you see some asshole with a funny-looking necktie, you'll know why . . .

My biggest laugh is that, on one story, I left my xnxx username at the bottom of the page, and the fucking asshole copied that, too!!

Hmm, maybe I shouldn't really call him/her an asshole . . . an "asshole" is useful . . . !

 

I'm just checking and they have a bunch of my stories but much like WSF I entered the CAW6 contest and they have my introduction which references the contest.At the time some woman was cutting stories from xnxx and selling them under her name I think on Amazon or whatever site she was doing it on, don't remember exactly.

So in my story Forbidden Dream in the body of the story as a diary entry I worked in the line "Mean people suck and so do those who steal stories from xnxx.com" and wouldn't you know it was there in my stolen story.
I am surprised it didn't work at preventing the theft, kind of like people who have the fake security system.

Just a question for ejls or someone in authority.As writers we can send a notice for our stories to be removed but I'm curious - obviously they ripped off the site massively, not a simple cut and paste job.Is there any way site can prevent such things.I'm a blue collar guy so computer knowledge isn't my thing but I'd think the site would wish to prevent this.Also in a sense did they rip off xnxx in a illegal way and can they get them for that?

I suspect there are no "authors" over there at all. Generally, this kinda' stuff is machine done. They created a robot that went and swept through XNXX and just grabbed all of the stories that they could. You put some instructions in to leave out an author's name, etc., but, no human looked at the stuff other than to see if the first batch of stories came through okay. After that, it is just a matter of time for the search engine to scan and grab.

Rather than bother with them, those of you so inclined may simply want to bombard GoDaddy with complaints. As the registrar, they can easily zap the domain if they want to.

 

I've received a notice that delivery of my warning e-mail to New Sex Stories was delayed.

The site may be down while they take out the stolen stories. Or maybe they're just hoping we'll forget and leave them alone.

I don't think it's going to last, I'm not worrying. It's unfinished anyway, and such a wholesale grab I don't see Lemark having any trouble getting it shut down.

And even if it stays up it's not going to get any traffic. The web is ankle deep in failed sex story sites.

 

Well I sent DMCA notices to both newsexstory and go daddy for my stories now that I've had a chance to do it.Actually creating the thread only took 2 minutes, 1 to log in and 1 to write it but unlike you superman I had never done DMCA's before so I had to research it first and I don't have internet access at work.

Besides shouldn't other people know about the site that is stealing their stories and I was just letting them know. My DMCA is for my stories not any one elses.No one needs superman all the time, maybe aquaman is enough sometimes.

You may not have lost but they are gaining off stealing your stories so they are still stealing from you in a way.

 

I hadn't really thought of it that way - I'd been slightly miffed at my stories being reproduced under another name, but as you point out - someone, somewhere, is making money out of this, which annoys me even more

I have found most of my stories on New Sex Stories always with someone else's name as author.

This is pure plagiarism and I hope they can be stopped.

 

I just checked and they got the one I wrote two years ago. I an now Nancy Hobbs. Nice to know I'm a woman now.


I also had to chuckle that they have a lot of Jackass tale's stuff, each with a different writer, but they kept his little warning in each one.

 

And now for an interesting tid bit. I just found PaPa ride 'em, "Two wheels gets me lucky" story and one of the stories has my First initial and full last name listed.

Wonder if they got a way of getting out real names if used when we signed on, out of the system

What is the most recent posting date of a stolen story? Mine was June 8th, 2011. My three latest stories aren't there.

My submission of June 3 is over there (last of the "Daughter and Dad" serial) but my posting of June 11 isn't (The Beach House), so I peg the theft on either June 9 or June 10. It may have been after that, but not by much . . .

 

They've given me so fucking many aliases that I've forgotten what my real name is now!! :excited:

 

Attempted post to NewSexStories

As a victim of this site's theft of my stories, which are copywrited, I think it should be made aware that there will be criminal repercussions. The FBI has been notified. This is a federal crime in the US.

Not only were my stories stolen, this site posted their name in the middle and gave author's credit to a fake name.
I plan to file charges of copywrite violations and plagiarism rather quickly.

Other authors on XNXX have had the same thing happen to their stories. Authorities have also been notified by them.
I believe that this site will soon disappear from the legal repercussions and fines.

If they had the decency to credit the real authors there may have been no objection by some of us.


So they copied the stories, added a new author's name, placed their name in the middle as if they owned it, and uploaded it to this site.

 

So I wonder if the FBI really gives a damn anyway. It's worth a try however.

 

Looking at the site it's almost as though they've stolen all these stories from XNXX to bump up the numbers. They don't seem to be trying to push any of the great stories they've nicked.

Look at the three categories (Newest, Best and Popular) and they all seem to be the same stories (Bonnie No Boobs, Doris Takes Cock, Cock for Doris, Sex Education, etc). There seems to be a distict lack of choice and the chances of reading a really good story, even one that has been stolen from here, seems to be pretty remote

Has anyone signed up yet to see if they really accept submissions? In the present absence of their being shut down, which is the ultimate aim of everyone here, it might be interesting for the authors to submit the stolen stories under their own name and find out the reaction.

 

I submitted successfully later, the thing I posted on here before as a non-erotic story. Now waiting for the admin to approve it!!!!! HA HA HA, bet they don't, and they have an email for me, so maybe they will write something to me. Will keep xnxx informed of developments. I will call the FBI tomorrow.
