I have trouble seeing age as an issue, there is no magic age of maturity. If you are both mature enough to give consent and do so then no problem exists. Obviously I do not know either of you and so I cannot comment on your specific case. As the older, and therefore probably more mature, person you must ask the hard questions such as: is she really ok with this? can she handle it? will we both be ok with it in a year? five years? will I end up in jail? ect.
