So the two individuals involved in this story are both twenty years old.

Three weeks me and my fiance got into an argument. she continued yelling at me while I attempted to ignore her to make it stop. At that point she threw a banana at me and I hopped up to my feet and in my rage told her to get her shit and get the fuck out of my house. She responded by pushing me in the chest. I broke her grip on my chest with my own arms and she took that to mean it was go time I guess because, she kneed me in the testicles. At that point I was beyond pissed so I grabber her by her hair and forced her to the ground. At that point she seemed to stop so without doing anything while she was on the ground I backed off and gave her space to get up. Once she had one leg up she decided to send a right hook directly into my testicles. I pushed her as hard as I could back onto the ground and once again walked away. At that point she punched me in the back of the head and as I was turning to try to defend myself she hit me with a large glass potpourri container on a glass stick(all in all it weighed about four pounds.) into the right side of my stomach where I have colonitis. My reaction at that point was to punch her in the eye. She ran upstairs and hid behind my parents and called her own parents to come and get her. At that point I grabbed a couple of things to survive me for about a week or longer if I needed to because my parents guessed she was going to call the police once she left. Lo' and behold, she had in fact called the police and said I was an abusive person and screamed up and down the hills that it was domestic violence. There was only one reason I didnt call the police, she has a son. A son who is turning two very soon and I honestly hoped itd just calm the fuck down and that she could just go on with her fucking life. The reason my parents werent concerned with defending her from me is because she had multiple times beaten me. It wasnt anything new. I'd talked to the police and they had laughed me off seeing as how I am a 6'2 male (and to be honest a bit fat.) while she is a overweight woman comin in at 5'6.

Now inyour opinion. Am I in the wrong? is she? Do you think when Im going to court on monday that I deserve to go to jail or that I will go to jail?

 

Well I don't think you deserve to go to jail.

But for the both of you I would suggest anger management.

But really if this is something that has been going on for awhile with arguments like this maybe the two of you should not be together because this could be something that could go on forever.

Also this something that the both you have to talk about with each other and think of what could be the best not only for the two of you but also her son.

 

Dude i will not be surprised if at the court hearing, the judge ask to see you in his office, force you to bend over and fuck you in the ass with a 8x8 pole, unlubed

He probably wouldn't give a shit about you and refuse to dismiss case. If so, that's where you're fucked. If you don't have evidence of the beatings you took, the juries will take one look at you and think guilty

When court is finally underway after couple months, you will look healthy and strong while she probably will have pictures of her black eye and some possible fake injuries. Would not be surprised if showed up wearing neck brace

Out of all the other fights you two have been into how many of them have been like this where you have hit her back?

 

I wouldn't be surprised if she accused OP of sexual abuse which would force him to be on sex offender registry if convicted

Edit: there's something obviously wrong here based on the fact this has happened several times. This should not have continued past the first physical fight. After she first beat you, that should have been your clue to leave her ass

I have evidence of all the other times she has beaten me. No I dont need to be talked to about hitting women. If you want equality then you deserve nothing the fuck less than equality. I have pictures of the giant lumps I have recieved and the bruises and black eyes. I have only hit her once, and for that I am not in any way apologetic. The reason I didnt leave her is because I thought maybe its just because of the oxycontin withdrawls. Maybe it was just because of all of the stress. And no. I will never be with her again. And the only part of that, that actually hurts, is that I will never see her son again. I will never see the little boy i've helped raise since he was a month old ever again.

Most cases concerning domestic violence courts always side with the women, so it doesn't look good for you. I would suggest you leave her immediately, it's only going to get worst for you later on.

Go find a good lawyer, preferably a woman..a hard nosed mean roughing toughing son of a bitch woman..Somone who can strike right through her heart in court, a man could never do that the way a woman could..
