What is clearly noticeable is the LACK of any comparison graphs to clearly identify that the results referred to in The Bell Curve, are TRUE comparisons.
For example: It is seen and understood that there are graphs which show Blacks under-performing compared to Whites in I.Q. tests, BUT the only way to have a TRUE and ACCURATE comparison is if the tests were done under the same conditions.
It is NO good I.Q. testing Whites in a stable and well-educated situation, then I.Q. testing Blacks in an unstable and un-educated situation. Because the results gained will show that the Whites would have out-performed the Blacks. The same set of circumstances HAVE to be given to both Whites and Blacks, for a TRUE and ACCURATE comparison to be recorded

I just wonder HOW many Whites would be out-performed by Blacks, if the Whites gained their education in the Black ghetto's.
The reverse is also worth contemplating: How many Blacks would out-perform their White counterparts if they were educated in the "nice white suburb schools."

Well the human race has roughly 3 main races of people. Each of these races, for the most part, have a large majority of their population centered around a specific geographic zone on the planet. Well for the most part this was true over the last 50000 years. The point being, each geograhic population adapted to their part of the world both physically and mentally. It is common sense to realize that where you are on the planet will have an effect on the people after a ton of generations go by. That is proven in skin color alone. There is a reason why black people are black, and why white people lost that dark pigment as they moved into areas much farther up the Northern Hemisphere, Since each race had to adapt to slightly different living conditions, why is it racist to say that one race may have developed a predisposition to excel just ever so slightly over another race of people, cause in order to survive in the different geographic zone of the planet one trait is better ( simply insuring a higher survival rate) than another. As for standardized testing. Every person on the planet has the ability to learn pretty much equally well. If the kids arent pushed to learn in their home, then they are pretty much screwed. Thats the difference in education.

See, you got it wrong. My case against the Bell Curve Thingy is NOT based solely on the Tuskegee Airmen. I cited 3 real life situations that disprove the Bell Curve Thingy. Remember? I also cite German genocide in WWII and I cite Japanese atrocities in WWII.

If you studied the history, of the Tuskegee Airmen, you would understand just how they outperformed their white, Japanese, and German counterparts. You would also understand why their white masters would never formally recognize their accomplishments.
It is a mystery to me why you would not want to study them in connection with the Bell Curve Thingy. Normally, when one's core belief system is challenged, one wants to understand the contradiction and either change their belief or understand how the seeming contradiction fits into their beliefs. It's called growing.

And it probably would help if you actually read the Bell Curve Thingy. With a critical eye.
