Here's the thing. I went to school with a LOT of minorities. Hell, I was a minority there were so many. I saw blacks for the first time in an environment where learning was expected and they were encouraged. And they responded. Many blacks I was in school with went to college, they were active in school activities, and they were not prone to violence.
I went to college in a metropolitan environment, where a lot of minorities were in school to learn and develop meaningful careers.
And I was a cop in a working class city. Payday Friday was a busy night. I saw minorities committing crimes. I saw whites committing crimes. I never attributed any of it to race, or genetics. I attributed it to how they were raised, how they fit into life, and how they viewed the world. That isn't scientific, but my view is race plays no role in violence or intelligence. If it does somehow, I know it can be overcome. You know, like bad eyesight can be fixed with glasses, or diabetes can be fixed with insulin and diet.

If what you say is true and typical why is is that although Washington, DC has one of the most expensive public school systems in the country, hardly any white liberals let their children go to school in it? First - IQ is not a biological category, it is an invented measure - a score for measuring particular human "skill" or set of skills. So it cannot be only DNA related. It is not something to be found in the body or brain. As all serious researchers conclude, the intelligence is a product of many factors.

Second - think - is it the reason that the world and especially the politics is extremely male dominated lesser skill and IQ of women or the fact they were not given the same chance in the last couple thousand years? Why are more men on leading positions? Lesser female intelligence on average?

Now connect two and two - blacks in your country were still slaves as recent as 150 years ago. Their condition only very slowly improved. On average their economic and educational chances are still much worse than the average white person's.

Test 4 year old kids and see how their IQ "biologically" differs. Average teenage blacks of USA got much less opportunity and education than average white kid and their "IQ" which is a "score" not some property of the organism and which is NOT biological, but psychological category is surely very influenced by that.

So, sure, I don't doubt that the average IQ was measured like it is stated it was. But the reasons are surely not just genetic if genetic at all.
Also think how small is the population of let's say Jews, compared to the rest. So you can only test in that small pool, in the community that is on average extremely privileged and rich. Wouldn't you think that this influences the "SCORE" which IQ is?

Nevertheless, it is well known in the United States that predominantly black public schools are dangerous places where little learning takes place. They frequently have metal detectors on the doors to keep students from bringing guns to school, and security guards who may be armed with police batons and mace to try to keep order.
