Non European civilizations have made impressive contributions to science and technology. Sub Saharan civilizations have not. Civilization is characterized by cities. One can hardly even speak of Negro civilization. There are no indigenous Negro civilizations that originated their own systems of writing and mathematics the way there are indigenous Indian civilizations. Large numbers of blacks only began to live in cities during the twentieth century. Black urban areas are not known for civilized behavior.

 

I am not the issue. The issue is the biological reasons for racial inequality. Those who maintain that the Negro race is biologically equal to the white race when it comes to intelligence cannot find any evidence. Now sure, black men are good at copulation, but they do not usually make good fathers. Children need more than sperm donors.

It is still debated because blacks continue to demonstrate by their performance and behavior that as a race they are intrinsically inferior and inherently violent and criminal, and because, while people like you have been able to suppress the debate, you have not been able to put those of us who tell the truth about that race into prison.

 

And as far as I know no one has ever proved the opposite either. The so called "evidence" is shaky and merely prejudiced reading of statistics and premature ejaculations, ehm, sorry, conclusions.

The Egyptians and the Carthaginians were Caucasian. The race of the Egyptians is easily identifiable from their art, and their mummies. The DNA of ancient Egyptians is more similar to that of Europeans than Negroes further south.

The Kush, or the Nubians learned civilization from the Egyptians. The Ethiopians learned civilization from the Nubians, and from Arabs across the Red Sea. At the time of Christ the Nubians and the Ethiopians were the only Negro nations with urban civilization.

The other kingdoms on map you posted were tribal confederations rather than civilizations. They never developed their own systems of writing and mathematics, as did the American Indians living in what is now southern Mexico, Central America, and Peru.

Do White girls outperfom Black girls at mental tasks??

Do Black boys outperform White boys at physical tasks??

Is there an imbalance between the genders when performing certain tasks that require manual dexterity??

No Child Left Behind has significantly increased government spending for public schools. From the title, one can see that one of the goals of NCLB has been to "close the achievement gap."

The Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) is not the best possible way to measure the success of NCLB. The only students who are likely to take it are those who want to go to college. While the SAT is not an IQ test, it correlates closely with IQ.

A better test would be the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP). This tests knowledge, rather than the ability to learn. It is given to representative samples of all students. Unfortunately, I have not been able to see how NCLB has effected NAEP scores. If anyone has that data, I will thank them for posting it. I am particularily interested in seeing how NCLB has effected NAEP scores for various racial groups.

This has score averages from 1990 to 2010. Let's compare score averages from 2000-2001, before NCLB went into effect, to 2009-2010. To the best of my knowledge, the test has not been altered during that time. I do not believe there has been a significant change in the number of students taking the SAT.

In 2000-2001 the mean score for all students in reading was 506
In 2009-2010 the mean score for all students in reading was 501.

In 2002-2003 the mean score for all students in mathematics was 514.
In 2009-2010 the mean score for all students in mathematics was 516.

In other words, all the money spend on NCLB has not had a measurably beneficial effect.

However, lets see how the mean scores break down by race.

In 2000-2001 the mean score for white students in reading was 529.
In 2009-2010 the mean score for white students in reading was 528.

In 2000-2001 the mean score for white students in mathematics was 530.
In 2009-2010 the mean score for white students in mathematics was 536.

There was some progress here, but not much, and certainly not the progress we have the right to expect from such an expensive government spending program. OK, so now lets look at the mean scores for blacks.

In 2000-2001 the mean score for black students in reading was 433.
In 2009-2010 the mean score for black students in reading was 429.

In 2000-2001 the mean score for black students in mathematics was 426
In 2009-2010 the mean score for black students in mathematics was 428.

Consequently, we can see that on SAT mean scores NCLB has not only not raised scores, but it has not reduced the race gap either. It still yawns widely.

The only success story that we can really point to is with my favorite racial minority, the Orientals. They made significant progress in reading and mathematics. Before NCLB they were behind whites in reading. This is understandable, because for many of them English is a second language. Nevertheless, they outscored blacks on reading. Orientals are still behind whites in reading. Nevertheless, for them the race gap narrowed. Before NCLB they were ahead in mathematics. Now that race gap has widened.

Because a smaller percentage of blacks go to college than whites and Orientals, there is ample reason to believe that if every high school student took the test the race gap would be even wider.

 

I assure you there is no conspiracy to hold blacks back. Many expensive efforts have been made to bring them up to standards. The efforts fail.

 

What would you accept as proof of black congenital mental inferiority? Evidence is everywhere. It always has been.
