If The Bell Curve and I are bunk why do blacks have such low IQs and such high crime rates everywhere in the world that they live, why have they always been known for low intelligence and crime, and why aren't they improving?

There we have it, you tout a book and claim it is based on science, but when scientists and experts disagree with you what they say doesn't count. Let me just say that The Bell Curve isn't bunk. The racial IQ gap does exist and genetics are largely to blame. The glucose metabolism that is partly responsible for superior physical strength among blacks seems to be the culprit. That being said, Charles Murray would DEFINITELY not say that blacks are, on average, intellectually inferior. Lower IQ scores do not directly translate to intellectual inferiority. There are serious flaws with IQ testing as revealed a high level of longitudinal variance among ethnic data (groups gaining 15pts within one generation). On top of that, the latest research shows that the black/white IQ gap is growing smaller and WHITE IQ seems to be falling at an unprecedented rate.

Murray did not write The Bell Curve to divide the races. I have spoken to him personally and he is no racist. Neither is that the motivation behind Arthur Jensen's work. In fact, Murray and Jensen's pessimism towards black IQ derives itself from a detailed look at African-American social pathologies. They were seeking SOLUTIONS to the problems of the black community not seeking to disparage or divide. Charles Murray considers the racial fallout over the The Bell Curve to be the biggest failure of his academic career.

Well if you did some reserch instead of blabbing off what your oppinion is of a book you NEVER read, you would find the gap between blacks and whites IQ is getting smaller, as quoted by origen01.
Its time you realised that your oppinions are biased, and nobody else agrees with them.
You can find low IQ in whites also, it just depends on who they tested, also high crime in white areas, also depends on where they chose to take statistics.

Not proven or provable facts, and even if they were, arguing that genetics is the cause has been proven to be a false premise.

DL, if genetics explains intelligence and one can factually make a direct connection to crime, WHY DID THE JAPANESE TURN INTO BARBARIANS FOR OVER A DECADE??

The "science" of the Bell Curve has been thoroughly debunked with the methodology and actual statistics not standing up to any kind of scientific peer review. In fact their own data does not support the claims the3y made.

And the greatest and fatal flaw is The Bell Curve uses false and misleading data and conclusions to go on and suggest actual policy changes. That is an unacceptable leap and exposes the actual agenda which is to mix fake science and politics which is never supposed to be a part of science.

And aside from the data flaws exposed after the fact the proof is that the Bell Curve was rushed to publication and deliberately avoided peer review prior to publication. That puts them in the same class as the junk science paid for by the Oil companies to deny global warming/climate change.

I won't back off from exposing them for the hacks they are no matter how much people want to have their own prejudices supported.

PS If you and Murray are telling the truth than you can tell me what solutions they came up with?

It is nothing more than White Supremacists paid for propaganda. Those are the facts and the reason such two highly regarded professors rushed it to publication without peer review. Because they knew it was an, emotionally charged, socially charged, guaranteed controversial money and fame maker.
