The best strip club I've ever been to, and I went there many years ago, and many times, was Al's Diamond Cabaret in Reading, PA. The girls would go totally nude, and they were gorgeous. No touch, but, with them so read eagle a couple of feet away, drool was an issue! Yup we do too and almost every other city I have been too has under ground private clubs and really it doesn't make sense to have so many under ground as a regular strip club where everything is allowed is totally legal here. I think the major reason is LE is really monitoring the gang members and other criminals who enter the clubs thus why underground is so popular.

I have been in Illinois, Wisconsin, Washington, Michigan, Indiana, Oregon, California, Florida, and Kansas strip clubs at one time or another. Some offered full nudity without alcohol and partial nudity with alcohol. Legally, none of them allowed fondling, blow jobs or intercourse, although, the possibility for some level of illegal activity usually seemed to be there.

I was living in Arizona for 8 months, but moved back to Oregon in September. I've never been in Colorado for more than a few hours

It depends on the place, the rules in TX seem to be pretty uniform and not city driven, more club driven. I've been to Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Killeen and Laredo.

Full Nude = BYOB but those places don't last long in Houston

Topless = they serve 21+ (duh) but customer is 18 to get in 21 other places. Girls can work at 18 but wear underage arm bands or something like that. Kitchens that serve drunk food until 'X' hour when the club decides to close them, most of the larger ones have lunch buffets or specials that are much better than titty bar food has any right to be.

VIP/Champagne/Clubrooms = pretty club dependent, some are little open booths with chairs that the bar can see, others are back rooms and quiet nooks

Touching = mostly Girl / a little Club dependent.
