The sad part is that guys have forgotten how to take things slowly. When I was young (fuck! did I just say that? Im not that old!) it wasnt uncommon to date a girl for a while befor getting anywhere sexualy with her. Sure, there were girls who would put out quickly but most young women required a certain amount of work befor the panties would come off. I have heard many young women complain about men who expect sex right away and have a hard time taking no for an answer.

 

Oh God I can't even start on how many guys I have encounter with this theory. That's why most of my dates that I go on usually be my first and last. The guy would get to relax and start touching me without permission. and I ask could they remove their hand they have this major attitude problem. Like I offended them or something.

Adding to this part of the thread. It a sad but true fact that in this day and age guys are more interested in just getting their rocks off. Personally I find that to be a huge mistake on their part.

Yes I am a guy, but for me I want to- at the very least- get to know the woman I am dating before letting anything sexual come to the surface. I suppose that I would rather develop something more intimate over the long run, then waste it all on a cheap thrill.

Funny you should say that. I was always turned off by guys who were always pushing it...you know, constantly pawing me and trying to wrestle me don't onto the couch the first time they had me alone. It's not that I was playing hard to get or anything...I just always had more respect for a guy who didn't seem so damn desperate, and could actually carry on a conversation for a few minutes. And who could kiss me the first time without giving me an impromptu tonsillectomy.

One guy I knew decided to get the awkwardness out of the way at the outset, so he told me he didn't want to have sex (i.e. intercourse) this first time, unless I insisted. He did offer to make me cum, though. And they say chivalry is dead.
