Yes he provides facts on black crime, but he cherry picks his facts, and from these facts he draws a conclusion which is unproven, that blacks have a criminal predisposition due to a genetic anomaly, he as even said he is confident that it will be found so he believes his conclusion and assertions to be true, but he ignores one very big fact which is what part does environment play in this, the fact that where blacks live is no conducive of good education, poor performing teachers and poor home conditions, lack of positive role models. I do believe that there is a genetic predisposition to engage in crime, and that blacks are more likely to be born with it than whites. I have presented my arguments before, but nothing can even cause a vibration in your unshakable ignorance.

It's about time someone does something. Zimmerman remains free. He is now wanted. His father harbors him as a fugitive of justice. This can't stand as is. I don't want to see a riot. I would like to see a lot of well meaning protests.

I read in the Washington Post that Angela Corey, the special prosecutor investigating the killing, announced that she was skipping the grand jury and will continue with her own investigation. Rumored sources are telling WFTV in Orlando that Zimmerman could be arrested this week. For the sake of Sharpton and his ilk, I hope it's true.

 

There is no ignorance here, people have listened to you theories and replied that your suppositions are flawed, you consistently ignore environment issue and how that will effect education and lifestyle, you understand but refuse to take that into any considerations when reaching your conclusions.

As for the money issue, it really doesn't matter how much money you throw at bad teachers and bad systems they will continue to fail. Money is not the answer.

As for your beliefs, assertions, theories and confidences, they mean nothing outside of the tight little world that you have constructed, where is your scientific proof, can you provide it for all of us to see, or is it just like you say your own belief without proof.

 

Such a response only leads you into a circular argument and makes you look the hypocrite. His assumption for why black crime rates are so elevated, is no more baseless than your excuse for why black crime rates are so elevated.

You have claimed that the problem is bigotry, education, and poverty. An easy response from the other side would be that blacks attract poverty, perform poorly in education, and therefore justify bigotry. Thus, the circle.

Whatever the case, the response to his "evidence" (which seemed to show that even when poverty and education are equalized among the races, blacks commit more crime) should have been more than a simple shout of "racist!" Don't you think? Whether or not you agree with his conclusion, it is worth discussing. If the subject makes you uncomfortable -- perhaps ignoring. But certainly more than mere name calling.

 

How many times to I need to post the same facts? Even when income is held constant blacks have a much higher crime rate.

Environment? Blacks create a bad environment wherever they go. They turn thriving white working class neighborhoods into crime ridden slums.

 

Then what is? When are those people going to begin to behave and perform as well as whites and Orientals?

Not facts. Erroneous conclusions improperly and illogically derived from facts. DL's approach is to take an isolated fact (that there's a high crime rate in, say, Detroit), and derive from that a sweeping conclusion that black people are genetically predisposed to commit crimes.

 

Cherry pick the fact of a sizable black community anywhere in the world where most blacks perform and behave as well as most whites and Orientals. Do not tell me about exceptional individuals. We all know they exist.
