Yes, we all did. It was on MilitaryCupid, and they've since shut down the video chat part of the website. I haven't been back on there in almost two years since it happened.
Even if this guy isn't serious, and he's not going to kill himself, and he's just trolling or what ever, how are you going to feel if he really does?
How is it going to effect you if your words were part of what helped him over the edge?
I'd much rather get fooled trying to help him, then find out I was part of the problem.

 

EVERY nation in the free world has commercials and such about suicide....help...prevention whatever you call it....this is NOT the place to be telling that kind of shit....pick up the damn phone dial 911 if you are in the USA and help will arrive...I am not an easy person to try that on cause I have been there....very close...but I had options....a person ALWAYS has options....and if a person regardless of the sex they are are quitting on themselves then so be it...

 

best thing is what some of you have said already: get proper help. it's an online forum, regardless of it's content, what can folks miles and gigs of bandwidth away do to stop other than notify the authorities or something of that nature? given we know where this user lives

telling this cat to go ahead and off himself though is just fucked up. i understand the logic, but i don't agree with it, cause now you're getting off on it in some respect. whether it's a joke, attention getting or a sincere plead, if he's going to do it, that decision is his and the folks who tried did what they could and what they felt was right. but acting like an ass, however you personally or spiritually feel about suicide, thzt may cause him to do it, you're no better than the action of him killing himself

Haha I belong to a few sites actually, and I am pretty damn popular on all of them. Last time I checked that wasn't a crime.
First impressions are everything darlin'... and from what I can see, I think my first impression of you was pretty darn accurate. If you don't want people to have the perceived notion that you're a heartless person, then it isn't advisable to make comments that are easily perceived as being heartless.
