And also ignoring the fact those threads were also combined by some god mod which quite obviously demonstrates your own personal dishonesty.

Like I said, I merged three threads. One had two posts: the op and one reply, the other just the op. They were about topics (the arrest of Zimmerman), that had just been discussed in the original (Lorco's) thread, hence merging them in there did NOT interrupt the flow of 'conversation' (for want of a better term).

However, if other threads which had obviously received more replies around the same time as the original were merged later, after I had signed off, I have to stand corrected; IF the merging of said threads disrupted or in any way confused the more literate members of the forum (which would seem to be the case, as otherwise BDW's thread would probably have also been merged in there too, wouldn't you think?)

So here we are, we've come to an impasse. You cry about censorship, and I accuse you overreacting (and overreaching). Don't take my lack of further posts on this subject to in any way point toward a confession of you being right and me being wrong, or being 'guilty' of whatever trumped up charge you lay against me. This 'discussion' could go on forever, because it appears you have nothing better to do with your time; unlike myself.

Stumbler, I'm referring to racial and hate based attacks not those based on someone with a hair across their ass about someone else. My buddies, the mods? Oh sure, SMC and I are as close as sisters.

 

Look I'll be back in a few to several minutes while I try to research this fucking disjointed mess to see just what my input has been here. Here's a partial list of the conversations. But after the amount of time and effort put into you don't mind a few other observations.

Ok for the sake of argument let's say one person's "inconsistency" is another person's "lie." Pick what ever term you want but you're fixin' to see some.

Notice the inconsistencies. In the first post ejls freely admits after her merging the tread makes no sense and then tells people to read it. But that's not censorship?

That's not a perfect example of being "inconsistent"?

Ok here's another "inconsistency" in eljs statements but one I call a lie she knows damn well she's telling. First, because of her own words after she combined the threads, but secondly and much more importantly because she also knows damn well there's no easy access.

This thread is a real bitch to even try and find your own posts and what refers to what. But eljs clearly stated that was her goal in the first post after she combined the threads.

Because I say its bullshit to claim the acts that harm others doesn't matter its only the reasons for inflicting that harm that counts.

Oh, come on - Stumbler... You know what racially prejudiced based hate and attacks are. You also know that there is lenience with respect to general bullshit flame wars.

 

So it is ok to attack someone and spew hate as long as its not because of race? I think that's really stupid. Because I think getting attacked and being subjected to hate hurts a person no matter what color they are.

You know, the rules don't talk specifically about racism, but do mention hate. Assuming that the author is implying that racism is the hate that is not allowed the mods are simply enforcing the rule written by a former admin. Stumbler, it's their job and racism is fairly black and white.

If acting on racism is independent of the author then there is no discrimination and favoritism against any person. There is a subjective determination made based on the content written, however.

The rule says too that harsh and insulting posts are allowed and people need to thicken their skin. There is a lot more freedom in this respect than you'll find on many forums, I might add.
