At first I thought I misread your post, but I kept reading your responses. You're talking about forced sterilization based on social status. So yes, you are talking about violating civil rights. It will never happen! You want to talk about the rights of the babies? You're talking about taking their rights away with sterilization. Now, if they offered a service to do it for free to any man or woman who chooses to have it done, then that is fine. Instead of trying to argue a point from one side, try looking at both sides and get a better perspective. You might have a better chance.
