Thw law should require any one who desires a gun to register with the police,submit DNA and be subjected to searches of non registered weaponry.
They should also be subject to random drug tests. Failure of drug testing while in posession of weapons should lead to a felony arrest.
There should also be psyche evaluations to weed out you Rambo wannabe sico's.
Then make a list of regestrants for military draft.

i have since day 1 and will continue to advocate for the ability of the responsible ownership of firearms
as well as i have stated that people should be required to pass a pschological evaluation, annual permit renewals, and a full criminal background check
they should be required to display a working knowledge of the firearms use and saftey procedures as well as required maintenence steps

you should not be allowed to own any firearm that you cannot D.C.O.A.
and if you do not know what the acronym means you should not own any firearms at all

Don't aim for the head even the best snipers don't aim for the head. We aim for the stage left chest. Yeah I aimed for the head a few times but I was within 600 meters in perfect conditions with a rifle good to 1200 meters.

at 20 yards with a pistol you have almost no chance of hitting the head
with a rifle excelent chance
at 100 yards with a pistol you are firing blind with a rifle there is a chance if the target is crippled
at 200 yards a pistol is a spray and prey deal
with a rifle you arent good enough
and i piss deer hunters off when i hit targets at 1000yards with a 30/06
so aim for the head if you want to miss

 

The last time I was recrefied I got a perfict score at 1000 yards.

I was a Scout/Sniper and MARSOC I certified perfect with every weapon I touched everytime I had to certify. Rifle Expert 5 awards and Pistol Expert
Plus that H.O.G. tooth around my neck.

Basic was a walk in the park for me but I had to push myself past the breaking point to make it through that training school it was one of the top 3 hardest things I've ever done. That's why that HOG tooth doesn't leave my neck.
