I just thought both parties had to consent. I didn't think that if I get a PM from somone I can just post it publicly.

 

To be very clear. If you forward a pm to someone else and give your permission to post it, it still does not have the permission of the person involved in the exchange. You will be banned for posting a pm without EVERYONE's permission.

I think this is great evidence of you making up the rules as you go along. Forwarding a PM is not a bannable offense. According to you mods you've banned people after some other member forwarded a PM they recieved.

And that's sure not what the rule says.

Personally, I support the mods banning blatant attention whores who contribute no meaningful content and just rave and scream. 'Freedom of expression' be damned. Said freedom of expression has turned the front page of GD into a fucking cesspit.
