Then Shake talked about mods seeing your PMs and and having full access to your user cpu....They know I am logged or off -- even though I have the red dot...

I dont trust this place or any one in it but I have fun here and that is what counts...

It is the freest forum on the net still left and I will miss it the day it goes away...cause everything always goes away...

So until then I will try and get along with those in charge and have my fun.

 

Randy, it's true that we know when you're on line but we cannot see pm's. We never have been able to do that.

 

Dee will always be a part of this forum. It doesn't matter who has left and who arrives. She brought everyone together. She made this place exciting to revisit time and time again. She made me stay. And now she's gone because someone had a grudge to settle.

It is what I'll continue to believe. It is why Nophest stepped down afterwards. He didn't want to answer for it. We all know it and whether anyone wants to admit that fact to themselves is their burden to bear.

 

I also have the red dot because I will keep this in one tab and watch stock in another tab...I also am a mod for a stock forum I have a tab on...

I dont want people to see a green and think I am ignoring a PM or post..

I run two browsers and do reasearch in the other one from this one...

I have another computer I trade stocks and FOREX on beside me...

I had heard you saw PMs and I know you have controll of the pics we post in albums and the cpu portion. I think it went to some of the othermod 's heads.

 

I understand wanting to stay invisible. I have that problem elsewhere. While I don't want to ignore people, there are times when I need to attend to the task at hand.

PMs - no we cannot see them.

Albums - yes we can moderate albums. Members report illegal pics (underaged, bestiality, etc) and we remove them and send a warning. I've told more than one member, just because you call an album private to be shared with friends, doesn't mean one of them won't report you for inappropriateness.

 

she/he was crazy as hell but stayed in the political threads and gave them hell...I did not see her in other threads...

I never debated her it was like debating DL..round and round and nothing said..

I was not here that much my first 2 years cause the economy crashed and I was busting my ass getting my money back...and I did, two fold..I am sitting back again....:wink:

I think differently though I respect your opinion. She defended her beliefs and that alone is a respectable trait. If she didn't like someone she wouldn't create another account to bombard that person with expletives. She told them she hated them in no uncertain terms.

DL will work his way around an issue and selectively read posts to fit his opinions. And those that he agrees with will be spared his mindless drivel about how blacks are the inferior race for the reasons stated in the Bell Curve book that he's never actually read.

We already have that function - when you go to a member's profile, it gives their current activity, as long as they are not showing as invisible.

SPAM...some morning 5 to 6 am CST USA there is a good amount of spam and I get tired of waiting 60 seconds between reporting..
