Also, do you know any 14 year olds? I don't care about the biology, they're fucking kids. And usually very annoying.

 

I always thought it should be like a graduated system...starting at like age 14 and can be with someone within 2 yrs (but no younger than 14) then if you're 16 you can go within say 3 yrs (again, no going beyond the minimum age of 14), and so on and so forth

I've met some pretty mature 17 year olds that can handle a sexual relationship emotionally but any younger than that and I'm against it.

Canada recently raised the age of legal consent from 14 to 16 years of age. What this means is that a few more minors and cradle robbers will be prosecuted for rape. Teenagers will have to wait to fuck or risk being charged. As a parent this is good news. I wouldn't want to be a horny teen.

 

I'd have to say 16, but then only with somebody within 2 years of age. 18 would be the "free and clear" age.

While younger teens are capable of the act of sex, being mentally able to deal with all the issues takes some time. While I can see a 16 year old girl having sex with her boyfriend who is the same age, I can't go along with a 40 year old guy.

 

I believe this is the way it is in most states.
