ive met a few girls that said they love to flirt because its fun and they love the compliments they get. is it so fun that you would tell a guy that you have been flirting with (that asked you out) that you had a man? and then after that continue flirting with the guy the next time you seen him? im wondering if thats normal or maybe theres something im missing? is this a serious dedication to flirt or what?

ps this happen to me and i know (now) she REALLY does have a man and it wasnt just a nice let down

Having a man or not, if a woman flirts with you, and you like her, you need to be wise enough to find the right time and place and go further.

If, when the time and place is right, she gets cold feet and somehow rejects you, just walk away!

Unfortunately, there are some (stupid) women who just do flirting for the fun of self confidence that they can still attract a man, apart from her permanent one - those are a pain in the ass! AND a waste of your time!

If she has the guts to ask you for an explanation for your change of attitude (and it really can happen!) just tell them:
"Why do you invite me at your place, to have dinner with you, if you leave my plates and glasses empty?!?"
Than, just walk away!...

 

It's normal to flirt (at least, I think so)...but I don't think it's normal to lie about one's status or availability. That's not cool.

 

It's not unusual where we women say we have a man and see the reaction of men,whether he is persistant or not etc...

I have been married almost 19 years, and have always been faithful to my husband. I never take off my wedding rings, so I'm not trying to hide the fact that any flirtatious actions or words will never "lead to anything".

There is a certain art to true flirting, just to flirt. It's a PG-17 rating, of stroking his ego and flattering hers. It's about double entendres, innuendos and suggestive remarks.

Both parties understand the rules (this won't lead to a bed ever), but let's have fun and maybe get a little heated under the collar, so to speak.

My husband might not like the fact that I flirt with certain people, but he damn well loves what he gets from it when we get home! :excited:

That maybe your story, but my husband would never leave me.
1. He accepts me exactly the way I am, and have always been like.
2. He loved me when we got married, and he loves me more now.
3. I have never done anything that would be perceived as cheating. Do I flirt, he'll yes, would I ever cross "the line", hell no.

I flirt all the time, I try to make it known I am married but my marriage has special rules. Just because I am married doesn't mean there isn't a shot with me... just means I am not available for a monogamous relationship. Many people will keep flirting or will go out with me, thinking they can pull me away from my husband only to be disappointed. As of this writing, there are two guys who are with me but accept I am never leaving my husband. One is in love with my husband too so there is little worry there, the other is straight but said as long as he gets a portion of my life he will be content.

 

My sexuality has been questioned by many a woman who's flirting I haven't fell (or shown any interest) for :excited: Just ignore it, or treat it as standard conversation. No let down then It's also quite a lot easier to talk to attractive women when you're engaged...

If you're trying to find someone to say something that makes you feel good about yourself, don't bother approaching me, expecting something right away.

I think it just comes naturally to some people. Like, she probably isn't even doing it on purpose but since you like her, you're reading into everything.
