I wear large magnums but they are pretty tight? It's 7.5 inches and on the condom there is a Lot more length left. It doesn't look unproprtional to me.

This one of the two reasons I hate condoms. You way beat me on length, buddy, 'cause I'm only 6.25 inches, but "Extra-Large-Jumbo-Super-Magno-Giant" condoms only really provide more 'room' for cocks over 6 inches....up to about 9, I would guess. But girth-wise, a condom HAS to fit very snuggly and the super-size condoms only accommodate a cock less than 6 inches in girth comfortably. If you've got a cock that is almost 7 inches in girth, like me, it actually hurts to get really hard, and in my personal case, it is so uncomfortable that I start to lose my erection, which, obviously, is no fun at all.

 

I wish I could help you but we only use condoms on the wife's big rubber dick and it never complains.

I had this problem when I used 'regular' condoms... Lifestyles were better than Trojan, but not I use Magnum, and I like them much better... (and the reaction of a 'first-time' partner when they see me pull out that Magnum is priceless....) I'm only 7" long, but kind of fat, and all you who said that a 'too-tight' condom sucks, you're right.. Nothing worse than having all the blood squeezed out of your cock by a rubber, rather than a tight hole......

 

Why don't you call the 1-800 number on the boxes of a few brands, and ask them which condom is made for girth, not length.

There are a number of condoms which are made with extra "width" room; the average condom "accommodates" a penis girth of up to about 5 inches (since average girth is about 4.75, it makes no financial sense to make most condoms larger than this). Then you move up into the larger sizes, which fit up to 6 inches in girth and up to about 6.5 inches.

Everyone suggests the Trojan Magnums, but not only are they still much too tight, but I go numb wearing them. I've tried larger "thin" condoms, like the Kimono Thin "Extra Large", so I can feel something, but they are both too tight and have a tendency to split, because I am crammed into them.

Also, as I have said before in other contexts, the length also makes things very difficult. Regular condoms are about 7 inches long, the larger ones, about 7.5 inches long and the Magnums about 8.25 inches long.

Here, I'm not bragging: I am only 6.25 inches long. An 8.25 inch condom is either ridiculously floppy at the head, or I have to keep 2 inches rolled up at the base of my cock. Do you know what this does and what it feels like? PAINFUL. The only other choice (and I've tried it) is to CUT off the bottom of the condom about an inch and a half or two, but that weakens them and much "action" causes them to split.

Like I said, I hate condoms.

Yes, the extra rolled up at the base does hurt. It makes it so it can't stretch easy. That's really the main part of the "pain" that I have been experiencing.

 

Actually, you're wrong on "average" girth. A study by the French medical organization the National Academy of Surgery found:

I looked at the comments, and, if they really are a bit wider than the Magnums, they might work. The other problem, though, remains unsolved: What do I do with the extra nearly 2 inches in length?

 

Just FYI: I'm NOT wrong. Even legitimate studies vary according to the numbers "sampled" and can range from "low ends" of the one you site (an average of 5.1 inches in length and 4 inches in circumference) to the "high ends" of 5.9 inches in length and 5 inches in circumference). The larger samples (not in hundreds of men measured under medical conditions, but tens of thousands) fall in the range of 5.75 to 5.85 inches in length and 4.6 to 4.9 inches in circumference.

An "average" (unless ALL men are measured) is still an estimate, though the greater number tested under scientific standards (not blind 'self-measurement, which usually shows findings an inch longer---meaning 'men lie') gives more legitimacy to the findings. A good "guesstimate average" is 5.8 inches in length and 4.75 inches in circumference.

If the French men tested are nearly an inch thinner in circumference on average, just send those French women over here.....
