I am a college lecturuer, I came to the job later in life and although I am in my early 40s I have only been a lecturer for less than 3 years. It was difficult at first, controlling the students when you are new is never easy but as a parent you know a few tricks. I am 6'4", with broad shoulders and a ordinary but not shabby body, there is fat around my middle but then any guy my age who doesn't is trying too hard, or that is what I tell myself.
This year has been my most difficult yet, but turned into the most rewarding.

Before the year started I had a call from one of my colleague, he rang to warn me I had Stacey in my class this year. I froze as I heard his words, this girl was the talk of the faculty. "And where have you 3 been? Have you not got a watch between you?"
"What's the issue man" you start "it's only like 30 minutes you should be grateful we turn up at all."

"Well you will all be pleased to know you will be making the half hour up at the end of the day."
"What are you talking about?" Stacey laughs, "there is no way I am stopping after class."
"Yes you are young lady or else I will have to speak with the principal about your continuing attendance at this college."
"Oh whatever" she says and stands to walk back out.
I block her path and ask her what she thought she was doing, staring down at her and imposing my authority.
"Whatever Andy" she says sarcastically, emphasising the use of my first name
"It is Mr Morgan or Sir to you, now sit down and be quiet"
She just stood her ground "I told you to sit down" I repeat
Sensing I meant business she slowly slinks back to her seat, muttering under her breath.

The rest of that lesson passed without incident, and when the time came her 2 "crew" stayed where they were but Stacey got up to leave
"And where do you think you are going this time?" I ask again blocking her path
"It's time to go home Andy, or can you not tell the time?"
"I can but you clearly cannot otherwise you wouldn't have been late this morning" I look at the other 2, "seeing as i don't believe you 2 were responsibly for the tadry time keeping and you were willing to accpet your punishment you can both leave, but you Stacey, you are going to serve this punishment"

As the 2 of them leave you look at me as if to say 'Why are you picking on me? What have I done wrong?' Giving me the puppy dog eyes I had been warned about, and could see straight away where the problem lay with other teachers as those eyes could get you out of almost any trouble and had I not been warned I would have fallen for them. Luckily I knew to expect it and so was immune to them.
"Right now young lady" I say sternly, she looks flustered obviously never having had that reaction after giving those eyes "so how are we going to sort out your behaviour?"
"There is nothing wrong with my behaviour" you counter "it's not my fault you guys are all boring and I'd rather spend time with my friends."
"Ok that is fine, we can go and see the Principal now and get you un-enrolled and then we won't bore you anymore"
"I can't do that Andy" I scowl at you for using my first name again "if I leave then my dad will stop my allowance and I have to go and work for him until I find a job of my own"
"Well in that case Stacey we are going to have to sort out your attitude or I will have no choice but to get the Principal to expel you."

She starts to cry "No Andy, you can't, I can't get expelled."
I had been warned about the water works as well
"Come on now Stacey, I know you can turn the tears on anytime you like."
The tears soon stop when you realise they are having no effect, you look at me as if I have no heart.
"How can you not feel sorry for me when I am crying?" she says
"Because I have been warned about you, now if I had my way I would make you cry for real." I say, my mind wandering to a fantasy that had been slowly developing in my mind.

I move behind you, pushing you over the desk, slowly pushing your skirt up around your waist, exposing the tiny thong you are wearing. I take your pencil case out of your bag, grabbing your ruler, slowly rubbing it over the naked skin of your buttocks before withdrawing it and then bringing it back down on each cheek over and over, watching your cheeks starting to glow redder with each strike that lands.

"What is wrong Stacey?" I say laughing slightly "have you never felt real discipline before?"

"But it works as ou already called me Sir not Andy" i say forcefully "maybe some more discipline would get you on the straight and narrow completely."

I am suddenly brought back into the room froom my fantasy by your voice
"Er Andy, Andy, why are your trousers starting to tent?"
I suddenly realise my fantasy has got me a little excited right in front of you.

 

Lol nice little story. Haha. I was a little bit thrown by the changes in tense and when 'Stacey' switches to 'you' and back, but it was a fun read.

 

So far I like it, good build up, can't wait for the next installment
