Well, partly spurred on by Brian's amazing physique I have been trying a few home exercises from an app.

I'm sure I look quite ridiculous, well it definitely made my wife laugh!

OMG, I can't believe how exhausting this exercise lark is . I was going to join a gym next week but maybe I should get some level of fitness at home before I do that?

 

There are definitely people with more than one account. The 'other' accounts are called 'socks' and 'alters' (alter egos) to name two - socks being the more commonly used and most bandied about.

There have been a couple of accounts in this thread which are suspected of being manned (or womanned) by the one person, but I'm too much of a lady to gossip :laughing:
