Begin physical stimulation as early as possible.

This seems counterintuitive, but for some reason, the harder you are BEFORE your dick is touched, the faster you cum.

 

Okay, my partner and I found two methods that made him last longer (not that he needed it in the first place . . . that boy has stamina -- clear throat, I digress).

1. He started working out. It seems that working out (weight lifting and running/biking) increases stamina as well as gets the body in shape. This reflects in the bedroom as well. If you can run 30 minutes straight (no stopping) it seems you can fuck longer to. It applies to everything in your life.

2. A little blow-job technique that we discovered . . . he gets sucked until he is almost ready to come. But he signals and it stops before he actually comes. We hold out for a little bit and then when he comes down slightly, we continue until he's just about to come again. We do this over and over and over (about 8 times). It's very difficult . . . but it serves these purposes:
a) it feels damned good
b) it gets is body used to being at the peak for a long time and being able to feel it, control it and get used to it.
c) it helps him with control and learning is body responses. He's gotten very adept at little me know JUST when he's at peak (the point before no return).
d) it gives mind-shattering orgasms when we do let him orgasm and they start getting LONG in length as well.

well a method that works for me and i am more than willing to share it with anyone else who has this issue .. A lot of foreplay is good for the first round .. I usually have my partner get me off first after that i can relax and concentrate on her thus givin me enuf time for another errection .. I find myself to last longer in the second round because all the pressure of performing that has built up has now been released... Try and let me know if it works for you
