Another sad event in the United States America. Young childrens lives cut short adults lives end. Families will morn but I hope they will decide to celebrated their lost ones lives. This is another sad event for America History but hopefully this event will help the nation unite instead of separate. Rest In Peace lost ones.

 

Latest reports are that the death toll is closer to 30 than 20 and that 18 or more children were killed. There was a press conference by police and a member of the governors office which only confirmed the fact the shooter was dead but gave no other details.

This is a sad, sad, stomach turning day. And I can't even imagine the grief and anguish so many of those parents and their family are going through right now.

 

Now you know how WE feel when you guys turn such things into liberal talking points just to push your own personal political agenda.

If someone in that school (a teacher, for example) had been allowed to carry a concealed handgun then those murdering bastards could have been blown away the moment that they started firing. Or---better yet---the moment that they pulled out those guns and aimed.

And if that would have happened it would have been just two evil bastards dead and not those kids....

 

It absolutely astounds me why there are so many schools shootings in the good old U S of A. Gun crime is a big problem in many countries, but why so many school shootings in America?

 

There was an incident in Dunblane in Scotland when 16 children were shot in 1996 - that really turned my stomach as my boys were a similar age. I'm grateful that guns are controlled over here

Shooter has been identified as Ryan Lanza in his 20's. No other details are released. They are executing a search warrant at his house.

Another unconfirmed report said most the children were killed "execution style."

Joe I agree with you, but that is a BIG IF I feel teachers should be armed as well as older kids in College to stop some nut job for killing.

sometimes i walk past my old high school. the last time i did, i thought of the beslan massacre in russia, i remember. i remember i thought that when i was there that last time. i didn't like high school all that much.

 

Latest reports are that the shooter apparently targeted his mother who is a kindergarten teacher at the school and most of the victims were found in one classroom. as one of the victims

AP reports that the shooters younger brother is being held. COuld have been the guy they pulled out of the woods.

If this doesn't call for stricter gun control.. then what else will need to happen? =/ This is insane that someone would even consider to open fire on children.
