I'm definitely glad you guys love it, because I sure as hell hate it. If I could afford to get the lap band, I'd be in first thing Monday morning to schedule a consultation then surgery. It's the only thing that will help me drop enough weight to where it isn't hell on my knees to get proper exercise. Most I can do now is lower portions and cut out most of my snacks (gotta keep a couple around to help with the cravings--even proper dieticians allow for one indulgence per day). I can do weight lifting exercises with my arms, but all that does is bulk up my upper body, something I really don't need or want. My knees are too bad to do any leg or cardio exercises. That's one of the several reasons I quit the gym...the harder I worked, the more painful on my knees it got. It's maddening, discouraging, and I've been curled up in bed in a funk since re-measuring myself the other night. And no one is really supportive because they all assume shit about me that isn't true. They don't hear the parts where I list everything I've tried (for over a year with no success, mind you). They just automatically assume I want instant results without doing anything. And these are so-called friends! The bf has been sort of supportive, but going full-on healthy is expensive and he's not willing to pay a bigger price...even if it means both of our healths improve. Once again, it's MADDENING!!

 

Your beautiful just the way you are. Don't change you to fit what society tells you to look like. I've seen every picture you have posted of yourself and I have never thought you looked anything short of amazing. Don't ever be down on yourself. Great new pics too by the way. Loved the black and white effect you put on the first one. Very nice touch and of course nice bewbs lol.

 

the only reason that can make you lose kgs, or change yourself, is only health reasons, not cuz others would think you are fat or anything.

so....if there's no health issues, we like you as you are...do not change...

 

And now you guys know why I love you all so much. Genuinely sweet and caring.

Touristen, it IS for health reasons. It's getting more and more difficult to go up and down the stairs of my apartment building because of my bad knees, and my back is giving me constant trouble. I'm just all-around miserable. I don't care about looking Hollywood-chic, I just want to feel good about myself for once.

Michaela, you are very lovely and beautiful lady in both body and spirit.
I know what it's like to struggle with knee problems, it sucks. I started trying to walk just a little bit extra every day. Started with just walking around the block, and then upped it to the neighborhood. It helped my knees a lot, and didn't cause me too much pain overall. Hope that might help you.

My knees are damaged from a few falls that happened within a week of each other (yay clumsy me). No health insurance, so having to deal with the pain on my own. The more it's used, the more pain I deal with. When I first moved into these apartments, the only pain i felt going up and down the stairs was in my chest from being out of breath. 2.5 years later and I will sometimes crawl up the steps because it hurts too much to walk them.
