I'm afraid I'm going to have to give support to Empress on this one.
There's not a single person on this site that hasn't made a miss-judgment at least once in their life.
Empress is new to the position, and with every new experience, there's a learning curve. So what if the curve has a little bump in it. Oh, and DL, I don't mean "Bell Curve" just for clarities sake.
That's where the other Moderators come in. They can counsel each other, and the more experienced are there to explain past practice as well as interpretation.

My hope though, would be that the most serious of punishment, that being introduced to the ban hammer, would be discussed between them for a final decision, rather than a moderator baning someone, and then discovering there was a simple misunderstanding. I'm not aware of a single person who's been baned, ever returning under their original identification.

I'm sure that if a mistake was made, an apology will be made, and maybe even an explanation as to the misunderstanding.
The original poster can always repost if it's not an issue.
And if this is the worst that ever happens, then life is pretty good.

Okay everybody calm down! Like I said in the beginning of this thread, it has been dealt with! It was a mistake and has been set straight with the initial girl who was threatened to be banned! Nothing has changed! Pics are allowed to be posted in all forums, the point is that pic threads ala "look at my cock/boobs/pussy etc. belong in the pics and movies section

Lainie has agree to deal with this rule in that way in the future as well!

Ol' Joe left the forum. Again. He was tired of...something and promised that this would be the last time it ever happened.

I remember a time when there was a fleet of socks that campaigned for nophest to unban another one of their accounts. Now that was amusing to watch. A few members have volunteered to be banned, too, besides Joe.

Piggit was no longer a Mod or even here when I begged to have my self-requested ban lifted. It was Ejls, Smc, and Jamie who lifted my self-requested ban after getting approval from the Admin.

I am in conversation with Lemark regarding the meaning of Rule 8.
I am actually in favor of having one picture allowed for each OP, Original Poster, (Lemark had to ask me what that meant.)

I expect an answer soon. My original post there was simply in accordance with what the rule stated. After the shit storm I said I would hold off until Lemark gave us his opinion.

Lemark concurs with me and agrees that one picture per original poster is OK. So using moderators discretion that is what it will be in Personals.
