Now find the figures that back up your claim about I.Q. levels being different for children who were adopted by high I.Q. families, than those who were adopted by low I.Q. families. As this was your original claim and NOTHING to do with race.

Can't you find a more up-to-date study than this, considering we are now in the year 2013 and this study was from 2005.

When identical twins are raised apart, they have the same genes but different environments (after birth, anyway). Again, if IQ were purely genetic you'd expect where they were brought up not to matter. As you can see by these results, it does matter:

The facts presented by this article do not correspond with the conclusion presented by it. Identical twins reared apart are more similar in IQ than fraternal twins reared together because genetics is more important than environment.

 

The adoption figures are interesting, but if half of one's IQ (which can't prove intelligence because intelligence is subjective) comes from environment, then that means that some people's environments are not being fully expressive of one's genetic potential. Being a fan of psychology you must be familiar with Maslow's hierarchy of needs:

 

But yet again you ONLY post a study that is dealing with TWINS. How dense are you NOT to understand that adopted children are NOT always twins, and that twins are NOT always adopted. Your post stated "adopted children" so WHY have you NOT posted any study that deals with the I.Q. level of children who are NOT twins, but have been adopted. If you meant TWINS, then you should have stated "TWINS" in your post.

 

The words "savage," "barbarian," and "civilized" have emotional connotations.

For the sake of this comment I will define "savage" as pertaining to a hunter gatherer existence, "barbarian" as pertaining to primitive agriculture and herding, and "civilized" as pertaining to a culture dependent on cities.

Therefore, I would say that Australian Aborigines, pygmies in Central Africa, and the bushmen of Southern Africa are savage races, even though they are not known for cruelty. Nevertheless, they were only introduced to city life and agriculture during the twentieth century. They are not adjusting well.

They have practiced agriculture and herding for at least three thousand years, but large numbers of them did not begin to live in cities until the twentieth century. Unlike some Indian nations in the New World Negroes never developed indigenous civilizations that included indigenous systems of writing and mathematics.

Empires impose civilization on barbarians. In my opinion European rule of sub Saharan Africa ended many centuries too early to have a beneficial biological effect on the Negro race.
