I'm sorry, but you're simply wrong. In regards to black people who have (slave) ancestry in America, it is more likely simply due to the fact that human selection favored a bigger and stronger slave over a smaller and weaker one. That would be one of the few reasons I could see this even beign a possibility though. As an entire population, natural selection causes a pretty even variance among muscle fiber composition. It's one of the reasons why you still see black athletes who are able to compete in long distance events.

Speaking of athletes; your statement about black athletes moving more quickly than asian athletes is also a false statement. First of all, professional athletes are such a small fraction of the total population that they are considered a statistic extreme (representationally speaking). Then you have to look at the sport being played. Sports that require quick, powerful movements are going to be best suited for individuals who initially have more fast twitch muscle fibers. Then you have to look at how movement is facilitated in the sport. While black athletes may dominate sports such as (american) football and basketball, white and asian athletes dominate olympic lifting, powerlifting, and wrestling. All of the above sports require athletic coordination and a higher percentage of fast twitch muscle fibers, as well as neuromuscular development. Look at a bodybuilding competition (or some of the greats). You'll see that it has a pretty good racial spread of participants. Bodybuilding mainly requires fast twitch muscle fibers.

Certain races are more largely represented in sports because of the cultural influence a nation/several nations put on them. In America, black people flock to basketball because of it's popularity and ease of presence in urban areas (and as I pointed out in another thread, over half of the black population in America lives in urban areas). Therefore, you have a larger percentage of people developing skills in certain sports, which also leads to greater prominence in said sport. Look at at certain sports and you'll find that regions, rather than races, tend to have concentrations of prominence. South America (as well as Central) and Europe tend to perform better in soccer (football, for those of you reading who aren't from the USA), America tends to fare better in Basketball (though that's changing slightly) and (american) football, Eastern Europe and Russia do very well in wrestling and weightlifting, and Asia excels in Olympic lifting. Gymnastics is another sport that requires an enormous development of fast twitch fibers, yet you don't see an abundance of black people competing at the higher (olympic) levels.

In summary; sports are culturally promoted, sport-specific movements are developed through skill, and muscle fiber composition is sport-specific as well as genetically varied.

The Bell Curve Thingy goes to great lengths showing that blacks are more violent and less successful than more intelligent races. The premise of the Bell Curve Thingy is that "racial intelligence" (whatever that is, the Bell Curve thingy never really explains it) is a predictor of racial success and tendency towards violence. You know, like orientals and Germans are smarter than blacks, and therefore more successful and less violent. What the Germans and Japanese did in WWII wasn't a few white guys turning violent in unusual circumstances. It was and entire race; the Japanese nation and the German nation turning to brutal violence like the world has rarely seen and on a scale the world has never seen before.
The German PEOPLE set out to eradicate the Jewish race. They almost succeeded.
The Japanese PEOPLE set out to conquer China and eradicate the Chinese. They didn't simply imprison or enslave the Chinese. They brutally raped and murdered and plundered their way across half of China. And during WWII the atrocities the Japanese committed against Allied troops and native populations in the South Pacific were in no way justified by military goals. In fact, their brutality interfered with their military goals. The brutality did not advance the goals of the Japanese nation, were inherently abhorrent to civilized people, and should not have been tolerated by the "peaceful and intelligent Japanese". It was not only tolerated, it was not only encouraged, it was the policy of the Japanese government in WWII.

As I said, a statistically significant number, a practice that continued for a statistically significant period, that directly refutes the premise of the Bell Curve Thingy. They are not an "anomaly" as you said at one point.

The facts and numbers are not subject to dispute and are verifiable. The facts and numbers directly refute the premise of the Bell Curve Thingy, mainly that intelligence on a racial level is a predictor of violence and success.

The point of the Tuskagee airmen is that despite significant roadblocks put in place by the command structure within an organization that is built on faith in it's command, a statistically significant number of blacks refuted the premise that as a race they were neither intelligent enough, courageous enough, or had the motor skills to operate complicated machinery in a stressful situation consistently enough to be an effective fighting force. The Tuskagee Airmen do not, by themselves, disprove the premise of the Bell Curve Thingy. They do refute the racist, prejudicial beliefs of the white command structure that was supposed to lead, support, and inspire them. And, they accomplished that goal despite the best efforts of their white commanders. Simply put, whitey tried to prove a premise the Bell Curve Thingy is now based on, but the blacks that were "tested" proved them wrong. And significantly, they did it in spite of the cheating whitey put out there.

Now let me ask you; if whitey was so sure blacks would fail the test, why did they go to such great lengths to stack the deck against them?

And if you are so sure the Bell Curve Thingy proves logically and with rock solid facts that blacks are more violent and less successful than whites because they are less intelligent, why have you still not answered my question?
