If anyone needs a little extra inspiration I know a truly incredible woman who has lost almost 100 kg's (no idea how many pound... but lots and lots) and later this year she is going to do a charity walk from Alice Springs to Adelaide!! (this is in Aust, obviously) and it's a true test of character...

It's called the 'No Excuses' walk.... and I don't know if I can use the word 'facebook'..... but details are out there anyway (and yes, I got her permission to put details in here... so if you look or comment tell her 'Nadoknar!! sent ya''.... she will know

there are a lot of imspiring people out there... but she is a genuine inspiration....

Finally getting noticed people at work are starting to comment that I'm losing weight. Been working hard eating right and exercise and its working

Just a bump to see if anyone has progress reports. It looks like I am on target for another small loss

It feels good trying on clothes that had become a little too snug. Do any of you have 'that' pair of trousers, top or dress that serves as a barometer of how you're doing? I have a butterfly top that is unforgiving if I put a little on around my midriff; I'm looking forward to wearing it again

 

i actualy gained a half pound in the last 2 weeks
thats good for me since im way underweight

but to those wanting to slim down
fight the feeling of giving up on the slow times because it will pick up again if you keep at it
vary the diet and excersise to get the best effects
but real beauty is in the heart of the person and not in the outward vessel that is judged by the viewers

Well if I lose one more Kilo, then I have lost 10 Kilos (22 lbs) total since my heaviest and 4 Kilos (9 lbs) since I started my diet

 

It's taken 1yr to lose 10 kilo's,you'll be 50 by the time you reach your goal weight!

I had a sticky patch in the middle of the week (feel free to make smutty innuendoes, this is a porn forum) but am doing OK now. Thankfully I'm getting that full feeling pretty quickly without having to drink loads of water. Evenings are always the danger point for me, too easy to snack. I have fruit on hand just in case.
